Victor Rosa News: Plans to enter portal

Rosa plans to enter the NCAA's transfer portal, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reports.

Rosa has only one year of collegiate eligibility remaining, so it makes sense that he wants to maximize his opportunities by testing the portal market. UConn's team is bowl-eligible, so there is still a chance that the running back plays one more game before becoming transferable, though his services in said matchup are unlikely to be used.
