Walker Eget Injury: Commits to Duke

Eget (leg) has committed to Duke, John Watson of 247Sports.com reports.

Currently enrolled at San Jose State, Eget will transfer to Duke. As part of the 2025 Spartans, he logged 232 completed passes for 3,058 yards and 17 touchdowns. Eget will be Duke's insurance policy should the Blue Devils not retain Darian Mensah for 2026. Unrelated, Eget's focus shifts to recovering from an injured leg that cost him the 2025 Spartans' last game.
