Fowles will enter the transfer portal, per App State News.

Fowles spent the past two seasons with App State after transferring over from Louisville. The wideout never managed to earn a consistent role in Boone, and totaled just eight catches for 105 yards across two seasons. He should have two more seasons of eligibility to use at his next stop.
