Carter Bradley Injury: Reverts to IR

Bradley (undisclosed) cleared waivers and reverted to injured reserve Wednesday.

Bradley had a fairly heavy workload during the preseason for the 49ers, attempting 41 passes combined across all three games. He'll be out for the season unless he can reach an injury settlement with the team.
