Christian Izien News: Past oblique injury

Izien (oblique) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.

Izien wasn't cleared to play in the Buccaneers' Week 1 win over the Falcons due to an oblique injury that he picked up in mid-August. However, his ability to practice in full Thursday indicates that he should make his 2025 regular-season debut against the Texans on Monday. Izien appeared in 14 regular-season games for the Bucs in 2024 and finished with 75 tackles (48 solo), three pass defenses (one interception) and one forced fumble.
