Dez Fitzpatrick Injury: Reaches injury settlement

Fitzpatrick (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve after reaching an injury settlement with the Chargers on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Fitzpatrick sustained an undisclosed injury during training camp with the Chargers, ultimately being placed on injured reserve last week. The wide receiver will now be eligible to pass a physical and sign elsewhere this season.
