Brett Pesce Injury: Moved to long-term injured reserve

Pesce (upper body) was moved from regular IR to long-term injured reserve Saturday, per PuckPedia.

Pesce hasn't played since Oct. 26, and he's not believed to be close to returning, so his timetable hasn't necessarily changed. The Devils do gain some cap flexibility by putting him on LTIR. Pesce has three assists, two PIM, four hits and 24 blocks in nine appearances this year.
