Caleb Jones Injury: Sent to AHL for conditioning

Jones (lower body) was assigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Monday for a conditioning loan.

Jones hasn't played since Oct. 23 against Florida due to injury. He has one assist, five shots on goal, 15 blocked shots and 10 hits in seven NHL outings this season. Once he is ready to return to the Pittsburgh lineup, the team will need to activate him from the injured reserve list.
