It was his first goal in 13 games (three assists). Frost has 22 points (nine goals, 13 assists) and 85 shots in 46 games this season. The third-line center could see an uptick in fantasy value if ongoing rumors of a Nazem Kadri trade ever happen. As it stands, there are a lot better options than Frost at such a deep position.
