Amadou Onana Injury: Set to be assessed

Onana (undisclosed) will be assessed by Aston Villa's medical staff to determine whether he can play against Leeds United on Sunday, John Townley and Mat Kendrick of Birmingham Live report.

Onana played 71 minutes during Belgium's 1-1 draw against Kazakhstan on Nov. 15 and didn't play against Liechtenstein on Tuesday. He was left out of that second game as a precautionary measure, but Villa's medical staff will get the final call on whether the 24-year-old will be available this weekend. Onana has started in eight of his nine appearances between the Premier League and the UEFA Europa League this season.
