Andres Perea Injury: Optioned declined

Perea had his option declined for the 2026 season, however is in ongoing discussions with the club on a new deal.

Due to Perea's injury, the club has declined his option for 2026. Prior to the injury, the midfielder performed well, stepping in for the injured Keaton Parks in defensive midfield. A potential new contract could be on the horizon if both sides can agree.
