Daniel Rios Injury: Unlikely against LAFC

Rios (calf) is unlikely to feature against LAFC on Saturday, coach Jesper Sorensen said to the media, according to Har Journalist. "It's going to be difficult."

Rios has been dealing with a minor calf issue that will likely make him miss the playoff game against LAFC on Saturday. This is a blow for the Whitecaps since he has been a regular starter in the frontline since mid September. That said, Brian White (hamstring) is fully back fit for the game which suggests the potential absence of Rios will not impact much the starting XI.
