Emil Krafth Injury: Out another match

Krafth (knee) is out for Thursday's Carabao Cup match against Manchester City, according to manager Eddie Howe. "He's a big miss for us at the moment. He is trying to come back from a knee problem. He is not feeling absolutely at his best currently. I have no definitive return day for him. We are taking it day by day, and we will see him back quickly. He has always been such a reliable performer for us."

Krafth is not going to be with the club for another match as he continues to battle knee issues, a rough spell on the sidelines after last playing Nov. 2. This leaves the club with a bit less depth in the defense, something to monitor as that department struggles to remain fit. However, he has only appeared once all season, merely serving as a backup when he is fit, although no return date stands in place.
