Emiliano Martinez Injury: Late call for Sunday

Martinez (back) is questionable for Sunday's match against Manchester United, according to manager Unai Emery. "Emiliano is progressing well, he is training individually and feeling better, much better. Tomorrow we will decide if he is available or not for Sunday."

Martinez had to miss both of the club's matches last week due to a back injury, but appears to be on the mend this week, with the goalie training again. He will now be tested ahead of the match, with that deciding if he can start in net or is left out. That said, the club is likely to only have with the team if he can start, not risking their starter due to his consistent complaints of the injury.
