Ettson Ayon News: Loaned to Juarez

Ayon has joined FC Juarez on a one-year loan from Leon, his new team announced Sunday.

Ayon scored only one goal across 24 Liga MX matches played (nine starts) for Leon and was ultimately relegated behind Rogelio Funes Mori. Before that, the young forward had more promising numbers with Queretaro, tallying eight goals and one assist in 45 appearances (19 starts). He'll likely serve as Oscar Estupinan's backup at center-forward over the next couple of tournaments.
