Hector Fort Injury: Undergoes surgery

Fort underwent successful surgery to repair an anterior dislocation of the left shoulder, the club reported Monday.

Fort suffered the injury after scoring a goal in the last match against Rayo Vallecano, which was his fourth start in five games since Nov. 23. The defender's return will depend on his recovery, but he'll likely be ruled out for several weeks. Both Josan and Martim Neto could see their playing time increased while the regular wing-back is sidelined.
