Jailson's contract option for 2026 was declined as the midfielder didn't convice the board to extend his stay at LAFC. Jailson made five appearances this season joining from Celta Vigo and contributed only one tackle and five clearances. He is now set for free agency and available to sign in the club of his choice to continue his career.
