Jayden Hibbert News: Option picked up

Hibbert has had his option exercised by Atlanta and will return for the 2026 season, according to his club.

Hibbert will be back with Atlanta for the 2026 season after his option was picked up, serving with the team for at least another season. He served as the backup keeper for most of the campaign, but earned the starting nod to end the season, recording two clean sheets, 14 goals allowed and 31 saves in eight appearances. With Brad Guzan hanging up the boots after the 2025 season, Hibbert now looks to be the club's starting option at keeper for the 2026 season unless a new signing is made.
