Joel Veltman Injury: Back available after minor issue

Veltman (undisclosed) missed the game against Manchester City due to a minor issue but is back available moving forward, coach Fabian Hurzeler said in a press conference, according to Andrew James from We Are Brighton.

Veltman has cleared the minor issue that caused him to miss Wednesday's game against Manchester City and is an option again moving forward for the Seagulls. The right back's next chance to play in the Premier League will come against Bournemouth on Jan. 19 if he can't make the squad for Sunday's Carabao Cup clash against Manchester United. He could return directly to a starting role in the backline, as he started in his two previous appearances prior to the setback.
