Clauss was not spotted in team training on Thursday for undisclosed reasons, only a few hours after the right back was linked with a move to Bayer Leverkusen. This is not positive news for Nice as they already have to deal with numerous injuries and face their second clash of the season against Auxerre on Saturday. If Clauss misses that game, Tom Louchet is expected to replace him on the right flank.
