Jorge Diaz News: Signs with Toluca

Diaz is a new addition to Toluca's squad following his time in Expansion team Cancun.

Diaz has spent time in Leon, where he played his last few Liga MX matches in 2022, and also in Chilean side Everton, but his most successful spell came recently with Cancun in the second-tier league. He's expected to be a substitute option for Toluca at least for the initial stretch of the Clausura season and could contend for a bigger role in the latter stages when players like Alexis Vega and Marcel Alejandro Ruiz will likely leave the club to work with the Mexican national team.
