Bauer took two shots and assisted in Nashville's 2-1 loss to New York City FC on Sunday.

Bauer took full advantage of just his fifth start of the season, notching the first assist of his career despite the loss. He could continue to see opportunities at left-back as long as Daniel Lovitz remains out, with his next chance to shine coming at home against Orlando City on Saturday.
