Kimmich played 65 minutes during Monday's clash with Slovakia after missing Friday's game with an ankle injury.

Kimmich had a minor ankle injury coming into Monday's clash, but it proved not to be a major concern. The midfielder got the start and played more than an hour, a good sign coming out of the break. He remains a rock for Bayern Munich, going 90 minutes in each of last matches across Bundesliga and Champions League.
