Julian Alvarez Injury: Out against Liverpool

Alavrez (knee) is out for Wednesday's trip to Liverpool and won't travel due to discomfort, the club announced.

Alvarez isn't going to be an option Wednesday due to mild knee discomfort. The injury isn't expected to be a serious one, but will keep him out for the opener in the Champions League. Alexander Sorloth figures to lead the line with Alvarez on the sideline. Alvarez's first chance to return will be a Sunday trip to Mallorca.
