Kai Havertz News: Returns in FA Cup

Havertz (knee) appeared for 22 minutes off the bench in Sunday's 4-1 win over Portsmouth.

Havertz is finally back on the field this season after an injury in the season opener kept him out for almost five months. He would see a short time from the bench, recording 22 minutes and two shots, but not coming out with a goal contribution. A rotational role to begin is likely for the attacker as he builds up his minutes, having to compete with Viktor Gyokeres for time at forward.
