Lucas Vazquez Injury: Improving day by day

Vazquez (strain) is nearing a return and is improving day by day in training, coach Kasper Hjulmand said in a press conference, according to Werkself Xtra. "Lucas [Vazquez] is suspended for [today's] game because of the red card in Spain. So he can't play today. But he's also looking better and better. He's training, and it's improving day by day."

Vazquez could make his return for Saturday's clash against Bayern as he has been showing steady improvement in training. The Spaniard missed the last three games due to a muscular strain but has nearly fully recovered from the issue. If deemed fit for Saturday, Vazquez is expected to return directly to the starting XI, leaving Arthur with a bench role moving forward.
