Lukas Nmecha Injury: Could be available Sunday

Nmecha (hamstring) has a small chance to be back available for Sunday's clash against Sunderland, coach Daniel Farke said in the press conference. "It is a small chance for Lukas to be involved, so there is some progress. I hope I have him at some point during this week, also back in team training. If he comes through the sessions, then he could definitely be a topic for the squad and he could travel with us."

Nmecha missed the last three games due to a hamstring injury that he could clear ahead of Sunday's clash against the Black Cats, as he has a chance to be part of the travelling squad. This would be great news for Leeds United, since the striker started four of his last four appearances prior to his injury, scoring three goals. Nmecha will likely resume a starting role once fully fit.
