Marcao Injury: Trains, should be option

Marcao (foot) is back in training and appears to be an option for Saturday's match against Real Madrid, according to manager Matias Almeyda, per Rocio Guevara of Marca.

Marcao has been back in training this week after a bone overload the past few weeks, with the defender appearing to now be an option again. This is massive news for the Brazilian, as he started in eight straight games before the injury. The hope will be that he can return to that spot immediately, although they may be a bit more cautious and work him in off the bench.
