Backhaus (shoulder) is in the starting XI for Saturday's clash against Heidenheim.

Backhaus returned to action Saturday against Heidenheim after recovering from a shoulder injury that kept him out of the previous two matches. The goalkeeper had resumed full training during the week and was cleared to start by coach Horst Steffen. He replaces Karl Jakob Hein in the starting XI and resumed his spot between the posts for Bremen.
