Kean has extended his deal until 2029, Fiorentina announced.

Kean had the opportunity to leave earlier in the summer and was targeted by a pair of Saudi sides in particular, but he decided to stay put and eventually obtained a new contract after a career season. He was rather quiet in the opener.
