Nicholas Cavallo News: Option exercised
Cavallo is returning to New York City F.C after his contract was exercised for the 2026 season.
Cavallo ended his first MLS season on a down note, having spent the final months of the year on the injured list with a leg issue. He started just twice in 15 MLS appearances, collecting 15 tackles and 15 clearances. The defender will remain low on the depth chart but has the potential to rise if he can stay healthy.
