Nicolo Casale Injury: Absent for Milan clash

Casale (thigh) hasn't been selected for Sunday's game versus Milan.

Casale suffered a thigh lesion in late August and needs more time to make a full recovery. Two among Martin Vitik, Jhon Lucumi and Torbjorn Heggem will start in the middle of the defense.
