Nicolo Casale Injury: Exits Lazio game early

Casale was subbed off due to injury in the 39th minute of Sunday's game versus Lazio, Gianluca Di Marzio reported.

Casale got the nod over Jhon Lucumi amid some rotation and suffered an apparent muscular injury late in the first half and couldn't continue. He'll be assessed before Thursday's Europa League game versus Celta Vigo. The coach elected to field Lorenzo De Silvestri instead of the starter.
