Nicolo Rovella Injury: Will have surgery
Rovella announced on Instagram that he'd go under the knife to address his chronic groin injury.
Rovella recently tried to practice after an extended stint of rest and rehab, but he wasn't pain-free and elected for the operation, which he had decided to avoid so far. He'll need about a month and a half to return to action, Sky Italy reported. Danilo Cataldi will continue to replace him as the anchor of the midfield. The turn of events could lead to his temporary exclusion from the Serie A list in favor of Fisayo Dele Bashiru, who's close to recovering from a thigh problem.
