Raphinha Injury: Set to return vs. Athletic

Raphinha (thigh) will be available for Saturday's game against Athletic Club, manager Hansi Flick confirmed in Friday's pre-match press conference. "We're happy to have Raphinha back. Even if he only plays 10, 15 or 20 minutes, we're happy he's around and we know what he can give us."

Raphinha is finally ready to return to action after he suffered a setback before the derby against Real Madrid in October. Based on Flick's words, he's not expected to be an option to start, but he should see minutes off the bench with an eye toward building fitness for the UCL match against Chelsea next week.
