Romelu Lukaku Injury: Will not undergo surgery

Lukaku has decided to try with a conservative therapy rather than going under the knife, La Gazzetta dello Sport informed.

Lukaku spoke with a couple of doctors and opted to simply rest and rehab to try to shorten his recovery time, accepting the risk, as surgery would have guaranteed a full recovery. He'll still be out for about 100 days. Napoli will add a new striker who will compete with Lorenzo Lucca.
