Ndombele (groin) played in a friendly against St. Etienne on Friday.

Injuries have limited Ndombele this season, and the veteran central midfielder has yet to make a competitive appearance for Nice this term. It remains to be seen how Ndombele will respond after the friendly, but if he doesn't suffer any setbacks, he might be an option to face Lyon on Saturday, Oct. 18, after the international break.
