Gray will return for his seventh season in NYC after a solid 2025 campaign. He experienced a significant role change, transitioning from a wing-back to a true right-back, resulting in no goals or assists. Nevertheless, his defensive statistics improved, recording 68 clearances and 59 tackles, while also contributing to six clean sheets and 10 blocks across 31 appearances (27 starts). Given his fitness and experience, the 23-year-old defender will remain a key player heading into the 2026 season.
