Martins has been the heart and soul of the back line for NYCFC, finishing another solid season in MLS. In 36 MLS appearances (including the playoffs), the defender recorded a career-high 236 clearances while also winning 26 tackles and making 31 blocks, contributing to 12 clean sheets. Martins will be a no-doubt starter in 2026, having just concluded his best season for New York.
