Thomas Partey Injury: Yet to resume training

Partey (undisclosed) hasn't returned to training and is not expected to be available versus Elche on Saturday, according to Javier Mata of Diario AS.

Partey hasn't played since Nov. 25, when he logged 65 minutes against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League, and it seems he won't return against Elche. If that's the case, expect Thomas to aim for a return against Alaves (Jan. 10) or Betis (Jan. 17) before the team resumes their UEFA Champions League campaign on Jan. 20 against Ajax.
