Williot Swedberg Injury: Won't play vs. Alaves

Swedberg (ankle) won't be an option for Saturday's game against Alaves, manager Claudio Giraldez told media during Friday's pre-match press conference. "Swedberg is training with the group but is not ready yet, he won't play this weekend, but hopefully, we can have him back soon."

Giraldez revealed that the Swede suffered a setback in his recovery in recent days, and while he's trending in the right direction, this game against Alaves will come too soon for him. He seems to be inching closer to a return, though, and Celta have upcoming matches against Ludogorets and Espanyol before the end of the month.
