Yoane Wissa News: Opens scoring in victory

Wissa scored one goal to go with four shots (two on goal) in Tuesday's 3-1 win against Burnley.

Wissa scrambled home the ball at the goalmouth in the early stages of the first half Tuesday to give Newcastle the platform from which to stage a 3-1 road victory over Burnley. The striker's appearance marked his first in the Newcastle starting XI for a league fixture since his transfer from Brentford during the summer transfer window. Now being fully fit, Wissa should be expected compete with Nick Woltemade for a continued role in the starting XI.
