The former NFL back put together a solid spring debut, finishing three carries behind Abram Smith but gaining five more yards than his teammate. Jackson appeared in 29 regular-season games at the NFL level for three teams during the 2021-23 seasons, and he brings plenty of pass-catching ability in addition to his prowess on the ground. Therefore, Jackson could push Smith, who's coming off a torn ACL that wiped out his 2024 campaign, for playing time, especially in the first half of the season.
