Nick Tepesch, SP, TEX - (Elbow) Suffered a setback last week and was shut down for an undetermined amount of time.
Drew Smyly, SP, TB - (Shoulder) Will throw a simulated game Tuesday.
Daniel Nava, OF, BOS - (Thumb) Should wrap up rehab assignment Wednesday.
Chase Utley, 2B, PHI - (Ankle) Could begin rehab assignment soon.
Norichika Aoki, OF, SF - (Leg) Underwent a CT scan, which revealed his fibula is 80 percent healed, but he remains about two weeks from a return to action.
Nick Swisher, 1B, CLE - (Knee) Will begin a rehab assignment on Monday.
Cory Luebke, SP, SD - (Elbow) Underwent surgery recently to relieve pressure on a nerve in his left elbow and will be sidelined for the next 3-4 weeks.
Archie Bradley, SP, ARI (Shoulder) Threw twice in the past week on flat ground.
Ryan Zimmerman, 3B, WAS (Foot) Believes he will be able to set out on a rehab assignment "soon" after running the bases for the second straight day Saturday.
