2024 Fantasy Outlook
Kieboom missed the duration of the 2022 campaign while rehabbing from Tommy John surgery and between shoulder and oblique injuries in 2023 was sidelined for close to three months. He made it back to the Nationals in late August and was thrown into the third base mix right away, but his playing time and results drifted in the final weeks. Washington signed Nick Senzel - a fellow former top prospect disappointment - over the offseason and plans to use him as its everyday third baseman, giving Kieboom a roadblock. Senzel is a long shot at this point to be healthy and effective, so Kieboom could still very well get another shot. That said, while he's still just 26, Kieboom's career 85.8 mph average exit velocity combined with his 27.2 percent strikeout rate doesn't inspire much confidence. Read Past Outlooks
