Spencer Steer

After turning in his first career 20-20 season in 2024, Steer once again reached 20 homers in 2025, but he was not as active on the basepaths, stealing seven bags in eight attempts. His overall numbers were largely similar to the prior season, though his strikeout and walk rates both went in the wrong direction. Propped up by Great American Ball Park, Steer managed a .663 OPS on the road. The vast majority of his playing time came at first base in 2025, which means he loses dual eligibility in certain fantasy leagues entering 2026 (11 appearances in the outfield corners). While that hurts a fair amount and there are indications of stagnation in the profile, the 28-year-old Steer appears likely to get another chance at everyday at-bats with the Reds.
