Conforto revitalized his career in San Francisco after right shoulder surgery wiped out his entire 2022 season. He now joins a Dodgers team that has become even more of a dream destination for many given their reputation for making players better and putting them in the best position to succeed. For Conforto, a lefty slugger, that means a platoon role, starting against righties but sitting against most southpaws. Conforto reached 20 homers last year for the first time since 2019 and can do enough damage in a platoon to be a viable fourth or fifth outfielder in fantasy.
