Feltner made half as many starts (10) in 2023 compared to the prior season, but his 5.82 ERA looked much the same. The 27-year-old has an 18.9 percent strikeout rate and 13.9 percent walk rate, but a 0.4 HR/9 helped lead to an optimistic 4.17 FIP. He naturally pitched better away from Coors Field (8.40 home ERA vs. 4.45 road ERA), but the limited sample size makes it difficult to draw any major conclusions. Feltner's 6.06 ERA through 32 big-league outings doesn't provide much for fantasy managers to get excited about, and he's hardly guaranteed a rotation spot to open 2024. Read Past Outlooks
