2024 Fantasy Outlook
After missing all of 2022 due to elbow surgery, Anderson inked a deal with Atlanta last November and made their Opening Day bullpen after a terrific spring. With high leverage pedigree and an outstanding curveball (40.4% whiff rate), the 33-year-old posted a 0.73 WHIP and 18:1 K:BB over his first 13.2 innings. Anderson was fairly consistent in a setup role, posting 15 holds, 4 wins and a save across 35 appearances (35.2 innings) before a shoulder strain put an early end to his season. The right-hander has been riddled with injuries during his career, but has always demonstrated upside when healthy. Anderson was recently traded to Kansas City, where he will likely compete for closing duties if he can stay on the field. Read Past Outlooks
