The 34-year-old righty doesn't produce many whiffs or strikeouts, but continues to be one of the best in the league at inducing grounders and weak contact. His 61.6 groundball percentage ranked sixth among relievers, while his 2.1 opposing barrel percentage and 85.8 mph average exit velocity allowed were 100th and 99th percentile metrics per Statcast, respectively. He also finished near the top of the leaderboard with a 2.3 percent walk rate (third), 1.98 ERA (ninth), 0.94 WHIP (16th) across his 77.1 innings (seventh) between the Giants and Mets. Rogers recently signed a three-year, $37 million contract with Toronto, where he figures to open 2026 in a setup role. Read Past Outlooks
